*PLEASE do NOT make an appointment, or PLEASE Reschedule or Cancel

 

-If you have experienced or are experiencing any symptoms,

-If you have history of fever in the last 14 days,

-if you have any respiratory illness such as cough or difficulty breathing in the last 14 days,

 

-In the past 14 days, If you or any household member had any contact with known COVID-19 patient,

 

-Or If any household member traveled to international area or to area of suspected community spread in the last 14 days,

 

-Or any household member had history of exposure to COVID-19 biologic material.

 

PLEASE Reschedule your appointment ASAP (we will NOT be able to move your appointment within 2weeks if you are experiencing symptoms)

 

*Services will be provided by Appointment Only: No Walk-in customers.

 

*Stylists with symptoms of COVID-19 will be sent home. If your stylist has a fever on the day of your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

 

*Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. (If you need to reschedule an appointment due to a COVID-19 symptom, we will allow you to reschedule the appointment. You can reschedule once with no cancellation fee. Any rescheduling or cancellation after the second time will be charged a cancellation fee.)

 

-No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the total amount of service.

 

*Please come alone. Unless a parent/guardian or medical safety companion is required. No pets allowed.

 

*Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you are late or miss your appointment, you will be charged the full service fee.

 

*Safety policies*

 

*In order to maintain a maximum of 3 guests, we are temporarily rescheduling our stylists.

 

*Please bring something to cover your face. This is required prior to entry.

 

*A team member wearing a mask will be there to greet you. Take your temperature. All magazines have been removed.

 

*To maintain 6 feet social distance, chairs are not available in the waiting room, but we do have chairs available outside.

 

*Take your temperature. Feeling a fever or having a fever of 99 degrees Fahrenheit or higher is a reason to change your appointment. (We cannot bring you if your body temperature is over 100 degrees.)

 

*If you are within walking distance, please consider washing your hair at home. Please help us to save your time at the salon.

 

*You will be asked to wash your hands in the restroom upon arrival. You are welcome to bring your own gloves. Paper towels are available in the rest room so you can dry your hands.

 

*After each client’s treatment, the stylist’s tools, hands, stations, stylist chairs, shampoo bowls, mirrors, etc. will be properly disinfected and sanitized.

 

Additional Guidelines

 

*We do not massage your head and shoulders after shampooing.

 

*Scalp treatment may not be available for a while.

 

*Each client service is subject to an additional $5.00 COVID surcharges.

 

*Next time booking discount is only available for the combo menu.

 

*Our tipping policy. You can bring cash or use VENMO to tip the technician.
